Mr. Randeria is an engineer by education and a trainer and coach by passion. He is a Certified NLP Practitioner, an Organizational Psychologist, and a Certified Assessor from PSI. He has received training at AOTS, Japan for ‘Innovative Operation Management” for KAIZEN and 5S. He has trained more than 45,000 aspiring professionals in different sectors such as Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Automobiles, and Academics. His zealous dedication has transformed the growth journey of esteem clients. He has translated insights into high-impact results and charted career paths for more than 1,000 passionate performers. He specializes in experiential training and coaching focusing on enhancing productivity and motivation of the most valuable asset: PEOPLE. Falguni Randeria is a Customer Success Manager having a knack for connecting with people. Optimizing her ability to establish relations, she ensures that each client gets a qualitative experience. She specializes in blending the organization’s vision and the client’s requirements to create a customized experience for everyone. Her humane approach not only focuses on accomplishing the task but also establishes trust and cements relations with the clients.

Shubhangi Verma

Shubhangi is an organizational psychologist providing counseling and therapy to help people grow out of their shells. She specializes in analyzing and understanding an individual's human behavior, culture, and values. She also has a knack for research and content creation. Asides from psychology, she is a linguistic individual who specializes in teaching languages like French and English.

Sandhya is a multi-talented artist. She is a performing artist, dancer, avid traveller, fashion stylist, painter, and image coach. Her training sessions are embedded with her diversified experience and her belief in a visual world and the power of brand and personality.
She is a trainer with an exceptional skillset having a rich academic background of LL.B., PGD – International Business and HR, and her foray into Image Management, Facilitation, and NLP. She specializes in training for verbal and non-verbal communication, business communication, grooming and etiquette, self-presentation, and management skills.
